Community Group of the Year 2019 - Winners
All at River Bourne Community Farm CIC are very proud to have won the Community Group of the Year 2019 at an event hosted by Wiltshire Life Magazine on Friday 29th March. The event attracted voluntary groups and businesses from across the whole of Wiltshire.
This award recognises the enormous efforts of a small team of staff supported by over 80 volunteers to manage a footfall of over 20,000 people each year. The education programme and community events have increased in size year on year.
Chairman Benjamin Parker commented “We are very proud of this prestigious award and particularly as there were so many worthy nominations.”

River Bourne Community Farm CIC won the Prince of Wales award for the South West in 2016 and this new award is a renewed affirmation for all at the farm.

One year for the Café
In April we will be celebrating one full year since our lovely new Café and Farm Shop opened.
Café@TheFarm has already established itself as a popular meeting place for the community.  We are delighted at how well it has been received.  If you haven’t visited us yet, pop in for cake and sample our delicious range of teas and coffees, or have lunch with a glass of prosecco (the café is licenced!).
In the farm shop we also have a lovely range of fragranced Handwash and Hand/Body Lotions that have been produced by our BTEC students as part of a mini-enterprise project. They smell divine, would make great gifts AND will raise money for the farm!
Tel 01722 332749
Tues – Fri 10am to 4pm. Sat & Sun 10am – 4pm. Mondays Closed.

Support Your Farm
River Bourne Community Farm is a ‘not for profit’ enterprise providing the community with a working farm, meeting place and education centre and holding community events throughout the year. The farm is run by a small staff and a team of volunteers and entry to the farm is FREE FOR EVERYONE. Please help the work of the farm by offering a donation. All donations are used to build and improve facilities, increase alternative educational opportunities for the young people of Wiltshire and hold events for the community to enjoy.
